WHO I AM

Alina is a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Pilates instructor (Mat and Equipment).  Her unique approach incorporates both practices when she thinks about prevention and rehabilitation.

She's worked with clients including those who have Parkinson's, diabetes, heart conditions.  She exercises total discretion for her A-list clients.

Alina earned her BA in Physical Therapy from the University of Bacau in Romania.  She earned her Pilates certification at the Kane School in NYC (part of Kinected).

She enjoys cycling, making cookies, and playing with her energetic toddler.
